Creating surveys that are shared with


staff is a great way to keep a pulse
on the climate of the building while
allowing the staff to have a sense of
value to the building leaders.
This assignment allowed me to
reflect on a schools Mission, Vision,
Value and Goals. Writing interview
questions also made me think of how
I would answer the questions myself.
Putting the focus on wellness within
the culture and MVVG of a school
can change the feel of a school
