This is to inform your good office that I have enrolled for a short course
(Electrical Installation and Maintenance) in ELECTRON College of Technical
Education under TESDA program. I have always wanted to enroll in a course
where I can spend my time productively as well as to learn more about an
unfamiliar field. In line with this, I would like to request for a schedule
accommodation that will be best suited to meet my needs in school and at
work.
The schedule that I would like to request is a fixed 10PM to 7PM work hours
and Saturday-Sunday rest day for the duration of 5 months. I am committed
to adhere with the schedule that will be provided and in return, I assure you
that I will never commit tardiness or absences.
