we are planing to setup a facility of precious metal recovery, refining and trading in Dubai.

We like to setup full

facility for precious metal recovery in which we will fix few machines and we will use few chemicals like acids.
We are looking to process jewelry waste,electroplating waste also electronic components in our facility.So
guide us what type of license we need and in which UAE area we can built this type of facility mention above
We need max 500 to 550 square meter covered area is ok for our facility.
We need single owner ship company with 1 manager visa,driver visa, and 4 to 6 labor visas..
But we may need more work force once our work on full scale which may need after 3 to 4 months.
I like to share few process details with you below.
In our process their is few jobs which create some smoke during burning.step.
2- We need chemicals for our recovery and refining process which are
i- Nitric Acid
ii- HCL Acid
iii- Hydrazine Hydrate
iv- Calcium carbonate.
So we need full license to bring in and use of the chemicals above during recovery and refining process.
We also use few chemicals during melting of metals which are not listed as hazerd.
