Employment Goals

I desire to obtain a position within a Caddo Parish elementary school where I can
maximize my university training to develop the experience and expertise necessary
to launch my teaching career. Once employed, I hope to continue to grow
professionally while providing a challenging and constructive classroom
environment. As a teacher I will encourage active learning and group participation
in the classroom, thereby helping students to become productive and successful
citizens. I am determined to set rigorous learning targets for my students that will
also help them reach and surpass school-wide and parish-wide goals. I know my
