Professional Goal:

It is my goal to become a Higher Education Administrator to build student success in


areas of reading, math and sciences to promote post secondary educational components
through strategies that are proven to be successful. It is my desire to secure a position for
myself in adhering to the needs of student success in post secondary classrooms. It is also
a desire to become the face of change and not just of a title behind the desk but to create
and mark the footprints to the forefronts of success. My success in the Career and
Technical Education demonstrates the ability to move forward in areas of Academic
Affairs ultimately leading to a position as a collegiate President.

My Professional Development plan is geared to lay the pavement
directed towards upper management leadership reflective of student
achievement. In looking at the pedagogy there is room for growth and
encouragement to move forward in obtaining opportunities that
prevent themselves. As an instructor with so many roles it is
imperative that faculty development be sought in order to obtain
better understanding of upper level job duties. Professional
development will be acquired in the following areas:

-Mentorship within the Institutional Effectiveness Department
