CREDIT ADMINISTRATION & LOAN OPERATIONS

Loan Operations:

Leading and overseeing activities of loan production, loan servicing, commercial, trade, capital markets, retail or real estate loan.
Responsible for loan processing, Processing, documentation, loan on-boarding and servicing of business, documentation, preclosing/closing tasks, monitoring, loan servicing. Ensures compliance with legal, regulatory or business policies. . Deep
understanding of lending transactions and associated documentation including operational experience in taking lending
transactions through all aspects of their lifecycle.
Scrutinizing relevant documents before sanctioning / disbursing and ensuring compliance with company's credit policies.
Efficiency of collections, escrow and cashiering operations.
Oversight of General Ledger posting and balancing relative to the loan system collateral is retained, secured, and recorded.
Manage and oversee the workflow and priorities for loan processing, loan documentation, and boarding business secured and
unsecured loans, real estate loans and consumer unsecured and secured loans.
Manage and oversee all aspects of a commercial, consumer and real estate servicing portfolio including
Payment processing
General ledger balancing
Monthly certifications
Collateral custody
UCC filings
Collections
Reporting
Document preparation & review for various loan types
Insurance and property tax follow-up and escrows

Structured trade finance


Upstream financing
Downstream financing
Managing the key performance indicators and key risk indicators of the business.
Ensure proper controls oversight on all key control functions and strengthening RCSA, Proofing and Reconciliation process.
Excellent ability to analyse complex business processes and recommend controls to mitigate those risks.

Credit Operations

Security documentation for accounts is obtained per FL/Security Section of the credit application.
Ensure Security Creation and perfection and ensure that the security documents are enforceable and in line with local regulations/
laws. To check that necessary charges have been created in the Banks favour. Security documents are kept under dual control.
Liaison with legal advisors, consortium banks and customers regarding various issues related to security documentation.
Collation of various Returns to be submitted.
Protecting the interests of the bank at all times within the spectrum of activities relating to Security Document checking, compliance
with regulatory requirements, interface with the external auditors, and related support activities.
Operational aspect of Credit i.e. Loading of Limits on system, Loading of Auto reduction of limits with suggestions to improve
existing processes on a regular basis.
Passing Entries for Provisioning/write-off for Bad and Doubtful accounts
Develop a Business Continuity Plan.
Engage in preparation of standard / non-standard security/transactional documentation in line with Credit conditions and Legal and
other approvals.
Meeting /visit with Clients to provide assistance in correct execution of the required documents and accept duly executed
documents from the Clients
Familiarity with the legal intricacies and complexities of the documents, the impact of the various clauses in the documents with a
view to secure the Banks interest and to ensure that they are within the Central bank and Group guidelines.
Tracking of Credit approval comments / conditions and following up with the business on due dates.
Monitoring credit limits & meeting of agreed upon SLAs. Improvement in turnaround times and reduces costs and error rates.
Provide need based and time sensitive MIS & ensuring proper Housekeeping.
