IMPORTANT POINTS
GEMs coordinator : Miss Fan Yitian
Proposal for activity must be completed by CT Rep and approved by
CT and GEMs coordinator on ISP before commencement of activity
Risk Assessment Management (RAMS) must be done by CT Rep for
any sports-related activity
RAMS form to be download from EMB and sent to Miss Fan (
fanyt@hci.edu.sg) before the activity

SEQUENCE OF EVENTS
The class brainstorms for a course/activity
CT Rep goes into ISP > GEMS Registration to fill up the form and submit RAMS
(risk assessment) for any sports-related activities
CT endorses the proposal & an email will be sent to Miss Fan Yitian
automatically (You must wait for approval before you go ahead with the activity)
CT Rep will be notified via email once the proposal has been approved
For a sports-related activity, CT Rep must download the RAMS form from EMB
and send the completed form to Miss Fan (fanyt@hci.edu.sg) before the activity
CT accompanies Civics class during GEMS (attendance to be taken)
CT Rep takes photos / videos & submits to the CT
Classes will pay for the cost incurred first and make claims later
CT Rep provides feedback on ISP > GEMS Registration > GEMS Feedback Form
