1 Autocratic Leadership
This is a type of leadership in which the managers/leaders makes most of the decision making on its
own without the participation of the other team members. Managers in such style assign duties to their
team members and designate task specifically to everyone.
5.1.2 Democratic Leadership
This is a leadership style in which the leaders give some decision making powers to other members of
the team. Such style provides leaders with different ideas and innovations through the participation of
team members.
5.1.3 Laissez-faire Leadership
In this leadership style almost all the decision making powers to the team members to manage
themselves. The leaders role in this style becomes limited to the supervision.
