Introduction
This booklet will cover everything to do with what we at VACA expect all
members to be and act like and how situations will be dealt with. In VACA we are
trying to create a welcome space for anyone and everyone who is interested in
virtual aerobatics and strive for equality for all within the team. The support
teams word is finial!

Why do we have a Code of Conduct

To protect the members of VACA and to create a safe and diverse environment
for anyone wishing to join or current members. At the end of the day we are all
here with the same reason we all want to fly for a professional virtual aerobatics
display team.

Actions taken if disregarding the Code of Conduct by

support team

You will have a meeting with the support team or member

You will be given 3 warnings
If continues you will be formally warned
If the problem still continues you may be suspended from VACA
If the issue is still occurring you will be removed from VACA

If the situation is the severe the support team reserve the right to jump steps
1 and 2.

1. Attitude
Within VACA we expect you to constantly be willing to put the time and effort
into training. We operate very similarly to the Air Training Corps and expect the
same standards. To achieve these standards you must have a good attitude
towards VACA and members and the training. Yes we know there will be banter
but we do expect you to know the difference between banter and bullying.

2. Bullying
In VACA we are completely against bullying and all claims of bullying will be
taken seriously and dealt with accordingly through meetings of the support team.
If you feel you are being bullied by a member of VACA let the support team know
as soon as possible so we may deal with it to make you time with us as pleasant
as possible. At the end of the day we are here to have fun. If someone is found to
be bullying someone within VACA the bully will be suspended from all sessions
until the matter has been dealt with. In extreme situations people may be
removed from VACA and may not be able to return to the team or sessions.

3. Racism and Homophobia

Again we take Racism and Homophobia very seriously and WILL NOT BE
TOLERATED from anyone. Due to the fact we are trying to create a diverse and
equal environment for all members of VACA. If you are a victim of Racism,
Homophobia, Transphobia or any other forms of discrimination please contact the
support team immediately and we will deal with the situation accordingly. If it is
found that you are the one discriminating we will have to take disciplinary steps
against you as above. Depending on the situation you may be removed from
VACA altogether.

4. Trolling
If the support team believe you are trolling any members and it is causing said
members distress then we will take action and use the diciplary steps above.

5. Behaviour
We dont expect to have to tell you this but when we are preforming in public (air
shows, livestreams and videos) we expect you to behave simple. You will be
representing you squadron and VACA as a whole if in any way you reduce our
reputation the actions will be taken against you.
