Liam has fitted in well in this special school setting. He demonstrates

a confident and professional approach as a member of staff and has
developed positive and productive working relationships with
colleagues and students.

Documentation and portfolio is well-organised and presented. Lesson

planning is of a high standard and he is demonstrating a good
understanding of the teaching and learning purposes of planned
activities.

Liam has clear and effective oral and written communication skills.

Liam demonstrated an awareness of the need to develop a caring

and stimulating environment to meet the varied and often complex
needs of the students. He is aware of the need to be flexible and the
importance of individually tailored programs so that all students can
achieve their optimum level of learning.

Liam critically reflects on his teaching practice to improve learning

outcomes for all students.
