Sec. 54-441. - Unattended vehicles.

It shall be unlawful for any person driving or in control of any motor


vehicle to permit the same to stand unattended without first stopping the
engine, locking the ignition, removing the key and effectively setting the
brakes thereof, and when standing upon any grade turning the front wheels
to the curb or side of the highway so that if the vehicle should roll or coast
forward or backward, whichever is applicable, it would strike the curb or side
of the roadway.
