1.Elementary teachers, please be prepared to use a cell phone camera and a
microphone for course. Tell them you are completing assignments with your

class as part of the course assignment. Secondary teachers who do not have
access to flip camera can make arrangements to borrow.

a. Create one podcast either with or for your students

4.Install film editing software or use Youtube which has built in software

on camera just voices*)

WEBINAR: Everyone must participate in a webinar. There are several options available to
you.

b. Choose one conference, they are 1 hour each, participate in the conference,
take a couple of screen shots and copy some of the conversation. Paste onto
a document then post to your webpage.

calendar. This will bring up a list of dates and times of scheduled webinars. When
the webinar is within 24 hours the site becomes a link. Click the link to watch an
archived podcast http://www.futureofeducation.com/page/past-interviews . Again
take a few screen shots and copy some of the conversation onto a document. Post
the document onto your webpage.

The syllabus is flexible, if you choose to do the webinars first you can spend the second
week working on podcasts/vodcasts and lessons.
