Rules & Waiver Agreement

Our primary concern is your safety and the safety of children. Please keep this in mind
the entire time you have any of our equipment. You are welcome to use our equipment
as long as you and everyone around you is 100% safe. The moment that anything
seems unsafe in any way, stop the activity. That is our requirement. Safety first!
1. HELMETS MUST BE WORN WHILE IN A BUBBLE BALL. The reason we require this is just in case someone
does not strap into the Bubble Balls correctly. The person you receive the Bubble Balls from will show you the
correct way. Be careful not to get in the Bubble Balls upside down or allow loose straps when wearing them.
Make sure you and all others strap in correctly and safely.
2. We will provide two bags full of helmets of various sizes. Bubble Ball participants must choose the helmet that
fits them correctly and make sure that their chin strap is connected at all times. Parents must make sure that
any and all children are correctly strapped in and their heads are completely safe. Parents take full
responsibility for the childrens safety.
3. You may not climb on, play on, or misuse the Bubble Balls. They are to be worn correctly while in use.
4. A person wearing a Bubble Ball must not bump anyone not wearing a Bubble Ball. This could hurt them due to
the amount of force. Only bump others who are wearing Bubble Balls!
5. Bubble Balls may only be used on grass, soft surfaces or a gymnasium floor. Uneven, paved, rocky or sharp
surfaces may pop or damage the Bubble Balls. Do not use the Bubble Balls on concrete, pavement, rocks, dirt,
mountainous or hilly areas, etc.
6. If there is damage to the Bubble Balls, you agree to pay for damages. Each Bubble Ball cost approximately
$250 because they are specially made for our nonprofit organization and shipped to us from another country.
7. GOGGLES SHOULD BE WORN WHILE USING THE FOAM MACHINE. The reason we highly recommend
goggles is because the foamy soap can get in the childrens eyes and cause irritation. Also some children may
get winded and breath in foam or fumes.
8. We will provide a bag full of goggles and eye masks. You are welcome to use your own goggles if they fit better.
Parents please ensure that your child correctly wears goggles and is completely safe. Parents take full
responsibility for the children using the Foam Machine.
9. When using the Foam Machine, you MUST NOT allow the foam to get above the smallest childs head level.
Please make sure every child can see above the foam and does not get lost, disoriented, hurt or scared while in
the foam. If the foam gets near the head level of the smallest child, simply turn the machine off. The person you
receive the Foam Machine from will show you how the machine works.
10. Before playing in the foam, stop and make sure that everyone knows where the poles, straps, barrel and chords
for the Foam Machine are located. Make sure that everyone keeps in mind that foam may cover up these items
and to be careful not to run into them while playing.
11. The equipment is owned by of the nonprofit charity We Help Children Inc. and is used as a fundraiser to help
missionaries who live and work with orphaned children in Central America. More information about We Help

12. Using Bubble Balls, the Foam Machine, Water Table, Tetherball, Basket Ball Game and all equipment comes
with risks, and participants make their own choice to participate or not. Parents assume all responsibility for
children. If people do participate they accept all responsibility for their own safety and the safety of children.
13. We Help Children Inc, their Board of Directors, the missionaries, officers, volunteers, and/or anyone associated
with the equipment will not be responsible for any injury, accident or damage that may occur. By using the
equipment you are agreeing not to hold We Help Children Inc. or anyone associated with our organization or
our rentals responsible in any way.
14. You assume all risks associated with using this equipment including, but not limited to

slips, falls, any contact with other participants, any defects or conditions of premises, or
issues with the ground, the effects of the weather including high heat, cold
temperatures, storms and/or humidity. All such risks being known or unknown are
assumed by you.

15. You, yourself, and your heirs, do hereby fully release and forever discharge We Help Children Inc, their Board
of Directors, missionaries, officers, volunteers and/or those benefiting from using the equipment from any and
all claims for injuries, death, incapacity, illness, damages, expenses or loss that participants may suffer arising
as a result of using any and all of the equipment, including injuries caused or associated with transportation to
and from where we keep the equipment.
16. You, and all participants, agree not to participate if you, or any of the participants, are not medically or physically
able, which you are solely responsible to determine.
17. You agree to compensate for damage or loss sustained to We Help Children, Inc from any claims caused in
whole or in part by my actions.
I have read and fully understand the above important information, warning of risk, assumption of risk and waiver and
release of all claims. If reading this rules and waver form online, my online signature shall substitute for and have the

same legal effect as an original form signature.

I take full and complete responsibility for all participants, including children, who use the equipment. I understand that I
am responsible for all insurance, liability issues, safety and/or emergencies.
PARTICIPATION WILL BE DENIED IF THIS WAIVER HAS NOT BEEN SIGNED.
I sign this agreement by my own free will.

If there will be minors (any child under the age of 18) who will be around the equipment,
please read and sign this waver ALSO if you are in agreement
I have read through the Rules and Waiver on Page 1 and all its terms and am in agreement. I also hereby give my
approval to my and other childrens participation to be around and/or use the equipment. I understand that the Bubble
Balls were made for people age 12 and older, and helmets must be worn.
I take full responsibility for any and all the children who are participating and will keep them safe. I will also inform the
other adults about the safety rules and to make sure all the children are safe all the time. I assume all risks and hazards
incidental to any and all the children participating. I understand and agree that all claims and payments for any injuries
must be covered by the insurance(s) of the child, family, home and/or property, and not by We Help Children Inc. If those
insurances refuse payment, I take full financial responsibility.
I hereby waive and release We Help Children Inc, their Board of Directors, missionaries, officers, volunteers and/or those
associated with the equipment from responsibility for any and all injuries that may occur if children play with the equipment
or near the equipment, and from any and all claims, causes of actions, obligations, lawsuits, charges, complaints,
controversies, agreements, damages, of whatever kind whether known or unknown from all claims or liabilities of any kind
arising from participation of any of the children present.
I acknowledge that I have read, accept and fully understand the above important information, warning of risk, assumption
of risk and waiver and release all claims. I sign this agreement by my own free will.
