    governmentsimposeataxmonitoredbytheUNoncitizensinwhichpeoplewillbetaxediftheyexceeda
    setnumberofchildren,suchas2.Inaddition,SingaporewouldasktheUNtomakeabortion
    internationallylegalandprostitutioninternationallyillegal.SingaporealsoaskstheUNtoconsider
    applyingtheTemporaryWorkerprogramaroundtheworld,cyclingmigrantworkersforsettimestohelp
