Re: On the Job Training

Dear Sir/Madam:
In conjunction with the Institute of Architecture and Fine Arts curriculum and as a
main requirement for students who enroll in the subject ARCHOJT (On-the Job
Training for Architecture Students), may we request for your approval to allow
Mr./ Ms. (type your name or names; format letter to suit need) to undertake his/her or
their practicum training in your Firm/Company.
Bonafide students under this program are required to render 200 hours of offcampus apprenticeship in the various fields/related functions in architecture.
(see attached ARCHOJT module)
Should you find it favorable to accept our student trainees this coming summer,
please have the attached certificate of acceptance signed to be returned by the
student/s to their respective adviser.
We, at FEU-IARFA shall look forward to a mutually beneficial working
arrangement with you regarding this matter.
