MOTION TO CONTINUE
INITIAL CASE MANAGEMENT CONFERENCE
Come now the Defendants whom have been served, by Counsel, and move the
Court for an Order continuing the Initial Case Management Conference in the above styled
action, which is currently set for June 15, 2007 by Order entered on May 25, 2007 (Docket
42). This motion is made for the reason that the undersigned Counsel for the Defendants
whom have been served, will be out of the state on June 15, 2007 on a personal matter
which has been set for some time and can not be changed. The undersigned Counsel has
consulted with Counsel for the Plaintiff, whom have stated that they agree to continue the
Initial Case Management Conference. Further, Counsel for the Plaintiff and Counsel for
the served Defendants have consulted their calendars and are available on the following
