Method
1) Place steak in large stock pot
2) Cover with water
3) Simmer for 15 minutes
4) Drain water and clean meat when cool enoug
5) Place onions and ginger in stock pot
6) Cover with water and add spices, fish sauce a
7) Simmer for 1 1/2 hours or until steak is tender
8) Taste and season with salt and fish sauce
