Quash Subpoena Delivered to Non-Party Michael Lomas [docket #1]. Having carefully

considered the motions, the Court finds that no cause has been shown to quash the subpoena or

grant the protective order to block the deposition of Michael Lomas. Therefore, it is hereby

ORDERED that the Motion to Stay, Motion for Protective Order, and Motion to Quash are

DENIED.
