The Problem

The purpose of the study was to evaluate the current preparation of SyCip
Gorres Velayo & Co. on coming ASEAN integration, on how they prepare on
incoming intense competition with their ASEAN counterparts. Specifically, it looked
on the effect of this preparation on to their employees on audit department. The
focus of this research was to identify the adjustments and problems theyre having
on their working environment, how they use their time to improve their skills and to
gain more experience.
