ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFFS' UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR ENLARGEMENT OF

TIME TO RESPOND TO SIDLEY AUSTIN LLP'S MOTION FOR PARTIAL
SUMMARY JUDGMENT ON DAMAGES

This CAUSE came before the Court upon Plaintiffs' Unopposed Motion for Enlargement

of Time to Respond to Sidley Austin LLP's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment on Damages

(D.E. No. 142), filed on August 8, 2007. Plaintiffs seek to extend the deadline for responding to

Sidley Austin LLP's motion from August 9, 2007 to August 23, 2007 so that they can complete

their review of relevant documents. Plaintiffs have conferred with counsel for Sidley Austin LLP

and confirmed that opposing counsel does not object to the proposed extension. Because the

Plaintiffs have shown cause for the extension pursuant to Rule 6(b)(1) of the Federal Rules of

Civil Procedure, it is:

ORDERED and ADJUDGED that

1. Plaintiffs' Unopposed Motion for Enlargement of Time to Respond to Sidley Austin

LLP's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment on Damages (D.E. No. 142) is GRANTED.

2. Plaintiffs shall have until August 23, 2007 to file a response to Defendant Sidley Austin
