in the Public Records for Volusia County, Florida, is as follows:
BYLAWS OF OCEAN JEWELS CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION,INC.
Section 3 - Membership; Members' Meetings; Annual Members' Election; Voting and Proxies
3.16. A quorum ofthe Members shall consist ofpersons entitled to cast votes on behalfofthirty percent(30%)
ofthe entire Membership. When a quorum is present at any meeting and a question which raises thejurisdiction ofsuch
meeting is presented,the holders ofa majority ofthe Voting Interests present in person or represented by written
shall be required to decide the question; provided, however, in accordance with the Act a quorum oftwenty percent
(20%)ofeligible voters is required at the Annual Members' Election or Special Members' Election. However,ifthe
question is one which,by express provision ofthe Act or the Condominium Documents(provided the express provision
of the Condominium Documents is in accordance with the requirements of the Act), requires a vote other than the
majority vote ofa quorum,then such express provision shall govern and control the required vote on the decision ofsuch
question.
