Written Project Outline of work-based activity

The chosen project that will be completed in my workplace includes the

purchasing and shipment of pipe fittings and pipe bundles to a client on
behalf of our Middle East office. Any products that can be allocated and
withdrawn from stock will be used instead of purchasing more of the same
product. Any required inspection or testing that was outlined during the
quotation stage will be conducted before shipment and the relative
material certificates to confirm inspection and/or testing will be supplied.
All goods on order should be supplied before the agreed delivery date that
was also confirmed during the quotation stages.
Supplied pipe will be stencils with relative reference numbers and any
required coloured striping requested by the client. To complete this, pipe
will be sent to a paint shop sub contractor. Pipe will be sent back to the
company facility and prepared along with all other parts on order to be
shipped in order to reach the agreed due date.
