Duties and experiences at CHCC rehab sub-acute unit: 2007 to present:
*Overseeing the activities of the rest of the nursing staff.
*Focusing on the immediate needs of patients.
*Overseeing each patient's overall health and medical histories.
*Ensures that each individual receives the best care possible.

orders, patient health teaching, referring patients to the appropriate providers if needed.
