Abstrak

Ketika sebagian sel rusak maka itu akan membuat sebagian fungsi yang berhubungan dengan
sel dalam tubuh akan terganggu. Kehadiran sel punca guna memperbaiki sel yang rusak ataupun
mengobati sel yang telah mati apalagi dalam kasus ini sel punca mengobati kematian sel pasca stroke.
Sel punca ini tentu memiliki sel-sel saraf yang berfungsi untuk menghubungan atau berkomunikasi
dengan sel lain, tentu komunikasi sel saraf ini mempunyai beberapa bagian yang dapat memberikan
kontribusi terhadap proses perbaikan, pengobatan, deferensiasi, dan inkubasi. Setelah itu terdapat dua
jenis potensial dalam proses tersebut seperti potensial berjenjang dan potensial aksi. Tapi sel punca
tidak hanya memiliki yang tadi disebutkan saja melainkan mempunyai molekul sinyal, siklus
Hodgkin, penjalarannya, juga peristiwa sinaps.

Abstract
When most cells damaged then it would make some of the functions associated with the cells
in the body will be disrupted. The presence of stem cells to repair damaged cells or treating the cells
that have died especially in the case of stem cells to treat post-stroke cell death. The stem cells would
have the nerve cells that serves to link or communicate with other cells, nerve cell communication
certainly has some parts that can contribute to the repair process, treatment, differentiation, and
incubation. After that there are two types of potential in the process such as tiered potential and
action potential. But the stem cells not only have the mentioned, but both have a signaling molecule,
