    (ere 4) ST aE UA: TATU MINISTRY OF DEFENCE NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 1 th May, 2008 §.R.0. 6(E)-— In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (f, (@) and (i of sus-section (2) of section 41 of the Armed Forces Tribunal Act, 2007 (59 of 2007), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, nemely:- 4. Short title and commencement ~ (1) These rules may be called the Ames Forces Tribunal (Practice) Rules, 2009.
