The engineer would check the Mac OS X & the Mac Hardware.
If the problem is with the OS, the call will be sorted out immediately.
If the problem is with any parts (hardware) then parts are ordered with Apple.
Once the repairs is done the client is required to carry the machine back.
3rd Party product support would be provided on chargeable basis and payments.
We also provide Onsite Services directly on chargeable basis for two years and the charge is Rs.
10,000 + Service Tax.
The service matrix would be as follows.

Service calls needs to be registered with RSG.
Most of the calls which we receive are attended the same day.
The support would include 3rd party products purchased from us.
