You then said that you were planning on resigning because it was becoming too stressful for you and then agreed to your resignation. I then thanked you for your service on MIRA and told you I may consider you for other appointments in the future. You indicated you would definitely be interested. In good faith, I then contacted another individual to fill your position on the MIRA Board and moved forward with his appointment, since I had no doubt in my mind that you had just orally given your resignation to me. I will be moving forward with the appointment of Eddie LeBron as your replacement at the August 18" Brevard County Commission meeting.
