aroundtheedgesofpiedough,about21/2inchesapart(asinthephotoabove).Takeakniveandcuta21/23
inchcirclearoundkiss.Foldhalfofpiedougharoundtopofdoughandpinchedgearoundtopofkiss.(See
Photo,step1).Now,foldupbothsidesofremainingdoughuptothetipofthekisspinchingedge.(SeePhoto,
step2).Nowpresstogetheredgesandformcrisscrossasshowninphoto,step3.**Continuecuttingdough
