Socio-economic responsibility
Introduction
This part of the study showcases the responsibility of the proposed business to the
community, its contribution to the society, adherence to the government and for the betterment of
the local economy. Aside from generating profits, the proposed business is concerned in meeting
the needs of the costumer by providing them satisfactory services, as well as abiding rules and
regulation set forth by the government to maintain and achieve the necessary responsibilities of a
business in the society in which it operates.
B. Social Responsibility
It is the responsibility of the business to develop a well-rounded relationship in the
community where it operate by performing ethical activities to create positive and harmonious
conduct of business in the society as a whole. Ethical activities includes:
Employees. There must be a clear code of conduct in which the employees should
follow performing their duties and responsibilities. This code of conduct should
include these activities that will promote social awareness regarding solid waste
management and proper segregation of waste and the alike activities.
D. Supply
The supplies will be bought from wholesalers within the city, and the management may
also opt to buy from other sources if necessary. Equipment will be bought in few stores to obtain
discounts and also to ensure the quality performance of the machines.
E. Demand
Based on the observation of the proponents and with the survey conducted, the demand
for this copying services is high.
F. Tax
Since taxes imposed by the government is one of the main sources in carrying out its
programs and services to the community, The establishment will be prompt in paying its taxes
due to the bureau of Internal revenue (BIR) in order to raise the revenue of the city that would
lead to its improvement and gradual development and progress for the benefit of
its people.
