En las ltimas semanas el dlar tiene a muchos empresarios respirando ms tranquilos, pero a los
consumidores sienten incertidumbre.
Afecta a los consumidores, ya que cada vez es mayor el componente de bienes importados que
pesan en la canasta familiar de los colombianos.
Automviles, celulares, televisores LED, boletos areos y paquetes tursticos hacia el exterior,
ropa, alimentos y medicamentos, entre muchos otros, acumulan un encarecimiento relativo del
25% por cuenta de la devaluacin del peso.
Una tasa de cambio ms alta compensar en gran medida la fuerte cada del petrleo, aunque
repercutir negativamente en el encarecimiento de los insumos, maquinarias y equipos en las
empresas que buscan modernizarse

BENEFICIADOS DEL DLAR

Muchos hogares estn satisfechos con este aumento porque estn obteniendo ms dinero por
cuenta de las remesas que les envan habitualmente sus familiares desde el exterior.
Y a eso ha contribuido el fuerte incremento del dlar, que ha valorizado el valor de esos de giros,
procedentes especialmente desde los Estados Unidos, Canad y Espaa.
Las industrias exportadoras como las de flores, agricultoras y del caf se benefician del
incremento de la moneda americana ya que este acontecimiento hace que su produccin y empleo
este en crecimiento.
