Journaling (Post clinical activity)

Summary

Students will be required to write a reflective journal after


their clinical day addressing how the student adapted
assessment to meet the needs of the client. This must address
how their assessment changed across the lifespan and also
based upon different cultures. Students can reflect on how they
may feel that they would change their assessment accordingly
to fit the needs of the client and must provide on example from
clinical describing a time they changed their health assessment
routine to meet the needs of the client.
