This semester I have found that my knowledge and understanding of each of the ISLLC standards has grown substantially. Prior to the
coursework completed I could not recall any of the standards or begin to provide any information as to the performance expectations

of a leader in regards to each of them. I do feel that I have a great deal left to learn but feel significantly more comfortable in my
understanding.
