We are a Leader in Me
school. We focus on the 7
Habits of Happy Kids. These
habits include:
1. Be proactive.
2. Begin with the end in mind.
3. Put first things first.
4. Think win-win.
5. Seek first to understand,
then to be understood.
6. Synergize.
7. Sharpen the saw.

CLASS EXPECTATIONS:

Listen and follow directions the first time.

Encourage and support others.
Always be safe.

Do the right thing, even when no one is looking.

Excellence in everything.

Respect yourself, others, and your school.

We will offer many opportunities to

develop leadership skills.

Students will earn leadership points as they exhibit

outstanding leadership qualities through the seven
habits.
At the end of each nine weeks, we will have a
celebration for those who have earned their leader
cards.
We focus on positive discipline and our goal is to instill
the leadership qualities of responsibility, self respect,
pride, and a team spirit.
Students who are facing challenges behaviorally are
working on our clip system. Student clips help them
monitor their behavior. Students record their behavior
progress in their leader binders.
