Our Physical Education &
Wellness Program is
developmentally planned, and
has a sequential curriculum
that fosters the development
of movement skills, enhances
health-related fitness,
increases students
knowledge, offers
opportunities to learn how to
work cooperatively in a group
setting, and encourages
healthy habits and attitudes
for a healthy lifestyle.

Student Guidelines
1. Dress in Northwood PE Uniform
& be prepared.
2. Jewelry is NOT allowed. PE
Staff encourages storage of
items, and are not responsible for
lost or stolen items. This is the
responsibility of the student.
3. Use equipment safely,
respectfully, and only when
instructed.
4. No gum, food, or beverages in
the gymnasiums, gym areas, or
locker room.
