I am writing on behalf of the CLASS. As part of our class requirement, we will be

conducting a program entitled NAME OF PROGRAM/EVENT. This program aims
to spend time with children who are under the supervision of DSWD Batangas and
conduct a feeding program for them.
In line with this, we would like to ask for your support for these children. We are
expecting 50-80 children ages 5-8 years old as participants. We would greatly
appreciate donations such as school supplies, school bags, or any other materials
that would be beneficial to these childrens education.
The event will be held on DATE, VENUE, TIME.
