MEMO

To: All Staf

From: Mr. Andrew Carnegie, CEO
Date: 7th March 1886
Subject: Factory Lighting
______

Several of the factory employees have personally written to me and have asked for a
more adequate system of lighting for the A block west and east wing factory factories. After
careful consideration with budgeting and pricing, the board of senior directors as well as
myself has decided to honor and accept your requests and therefore will have a team of
skilled electricians in for a duration of two ( 2 ) months to install the new incandescent
bulbs system. For the time being, please continue to work cautiously and to your full
potentials, making sure to not interfere with any installation.
Your co-operation is greatly valued.

Yours in Industrialization,

Andrew Carnegie, Esquire

Chief Executive Officer
