2. How do you conduct performance evaluation?
In our firm, we conduct mid-year review and year-end review. During this
time, all your co-staff, seniors and managers give their feedback regarding
you output or deliverables and the way you worked with your colleagues
during an engagement.
3. Are your employees the best based from a rigid selection? Why?
Our firm usually hires newly passed CPAs. We always believe that our firm is
the best training ground for CPAs who want to gain experience in audit,
taxation and advisory services.
Nevertheless, we also welcome experienced CPAs who are willing to gain
knowledge and experience in our various field of expertise.
