Over the past few years, a growing number of employers from overseas
countries are paying their attention to Nepal for recruitment of man-
power to cope with the increasing requirement of manpower in their
countries, The following are the lucrative advantages to hire Nepalese
workers.
The fact that Nepalese people are committed to their duties and re-
sponsibilities cannot be denied because of which countries, especially
from the Middle East and East Asian countries have shifted their inter-
est towards Nepalese manpower by recruiting them in different catego-
ries. The reason could definitely be the honesty, hard work, loyalty,
discipline and above all commitment of Nepalese people towards one's
duties and responsibilities.
Manpower's in Nepal are comparatively more cost effective and their
hiring cost is lower as compared to other countries.
All categories of workers such as professionals, skilled, semi killed and
unskilled almost in all fields are readily available for immediate place-
ment.
Nepalese workers are laborious and sustain their working capability
even in the most harduous conditions.
Nepalese workers discharge their duties relentlessly, without hitch and
without any kind of discontent.
The government procedures and formalities in Nepal are compara-
tively simple.

provide, Every information of these candidates are entered into our
virtual databank by our recruitment officers in Employment Opportu-
nity Service Desk, At present, we have thousands of such CVs in our
CV Databank stored in our website www.wisenepal.com.
Each potential candidate must face preliminary interview with our re-
cruitment officers before the final selection. We employ three interview
techniques for the selection of short-listed candidates.
Video Conferencing: We are the first Nepalese company to introduce
the Video interview technique in Nepal for the cause of our valued cli-
ents abroad. This is for those who are too busy to come to Nepal to in-
terview the candidates selected in preliminary selection. We make
every arrangement for the interview between employers and the em-
ployee through video conferencing.
Direct: Many employers visit Nepal for final interview. We make all
necessary preparations for interview. We call shortlisted candidates
for the particular day. We have fully equipped AC rooms and other
modern facilities - computers, telephones, Internet, and all that an in-
terviewer might need.
On behalf of employer: Sometimes manpower importing agencies
give full authority to manpower consultant for entire selection proce-
dures, In such case, we carry out interviews on behalf of employers
abroad and make all dispatching arrangements to the employment des-
tination.
The basic method of selection for skilled professionals is through trade
tests and other techniques. A committee which includes representativesSelection Procedure

from the employing organization and our own Technical Training In-
stitute carries out skill tests of all skilled manpower in the concerned
discipline, Only those persons recommended by the selection commit-
tee are selected for overseas employment.
If special manpower with specific experience is needed, we use our of-
ficial network located in different districts to headhunt such individual.
Headhunting does not limit only in the domestic market for supplying
the need of highly professional manpower.
The discipline level of each and every worker is tested so as to avoid
possible risks from the workers abroad. We examine the workers’ mo-
rality, attitude, behavior and personal history. Team of our experts in-
cluding a psychiatrist carries out these tests. Candidates have to go
through thorough medical tests after final selection. Only medically fit
candidates are eligible to sign an agreement or contract paper.Certifications
