AFFIDAVIT OF CONSENT
I, ROMEO BIAG Filipino citizen, of legal age, and resident of #25 Ermin
Garcia St., Barangay Pinagkaisahan, Quezon City, after having been duly sworn
according to law, depose and say:
1. That as the only compulsory heir of my deceased parents, I am now
the sole owner of the house and lot that I inherited from them,
located at #25 Ermin Garcia St., Barangay Pinagkaisahan, Quezon
City, and covered by TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. 333832 (724-85), (LRC) PSD-328527;
2. That as owner, I am leasing the said property to NANCY T.
INTERINO, without however a formal Lease Contract;
3. That for convenience to the lessee, I am consenting, allowing, and
permitting NANCY T. INTERINO to apply, have, and obtain a new
Meralco Service Line in her own name covering the leased property;
4. That I am executing this affidavit in order to establish the truth of the
foregoing facts, and for whatever legal purpose this may serve.
