ANNOTATION
The purpose of the graduation project - a study assessing the quality of a leader in
shaping the socio-psychological climate in the team. Tasks graduation project: The value
assessment of managers and its impact on the socio-psychological climate in the team;
quantitative methods of evaluation; qualitative methods; personnel management system in SRL
TOMA-MERIN; assessment of the managerial SRL TOMA-MERIN; ways of improving
assessment of managers and specialists of the enterprise.
Results: Based on the assessment of the managerial, it was determined that the director
SRL TOMA-MERIN adhere to democratic style in solving the most complex and important
issues, providing subordinates to deal with other, secondary. He consults with subordinates,
listening to the opinion of colleagues in the control focuses not so much on the positive results of
a particular job, but on the achievements of the entire system he heads.
Conclusions and recommendations: main directions of improving methods for
assessing the quality of personnel following company: management personnel selection made on
the basis of competitive selection for the vacant positions. Employment in primary production is
allowed only after a preliminary assessment of compliance with one or another qualification
requirements of individual psychological and personal qualities of the candidate; competent
manager must constantly work on their professional skills to improve. For professional
development of managers should regularly conduct training and the diagnostic sessions with
them; to work effectively SRL TOMA-MERIN immense importance is the selection leader
leadership style to each member of the team, working for a common goal (profit for the
company) .
