Next Steps for the Shortlisted Candidates :

1. Shortlisted candidates in written test will undergo the following stages of screening process :
a. CASS (Test for ability, aptitude and psychological profile). CAE will communicate to the candidates the
schedule of CASS.
b. Group Discussion & Interview
Note: The above mentioned screening process will be scheduled over a period of next 6 months.
2. Candidates clearing the interview will be given a Conditional letter of Intent for employment as JFO
with IndiGo. Type Rating schedule will be planned by CAE at one of the CAE TRTOs. On successfully
completing the Type Rating, the candidates will undergo a skill evaluation on the simulator before
he/she is inducted by IndiGo.
