Industrial Revolution Project

Industrial Revolution is the most transforming event

in history. It spread worldwide bringing cities together to
form a better transportation and communication system
that all began in the country of England.
It all started in England because of the agriculture
Revolution. The agriculture Revolution was an area of
farming. In this Revolution new crops were made, new
methods of rotating crops, breeding of animals, and a
number of new inventions. The first invention was called
the seed drill. The seed drill was invented by Jetol Tall. Ti
was used to help produce more crops. The used of the
seed drill allowed England to produce more food, which in
turn gave them more purchasing power.
Britain was the first country to know about all the
inventions , talked about in the essay. They were also the
first to get on the industrial revolution because they had
the supply of resources, material resources, iron and coal
which was necessary for this time. After the making of the
seed drill, John K. invented the flying shuttle, the flying
Shuttle allowed thread to spin faster. Two people can spin
thread on this invention. Next, John H. invented the
spinning Jenny. This allowed one to spin thread faster
using eight people at a time.
Later, Thomas N. invented the steam engine. It was
made to help pump water out of the coal mines.
Afterwards, James W. created even better steam engine.
This one was much faster than the last one. Steam
engines were fueled by coal. The coal industry grew and
gained more popularity. It allowed the factory system to

spread to other areas and countries. Things were getting

bigger and faster with the new inventions.
Next, we have the iron industry. Another name for
the iron industry is Muddling. Muddling makes better iron,
making the industry rise up. The Railroad Industry, which
is basically making railroads to transport goods from one
place to another in a short period of time. In the 1800's
hey made hundreds of miles of railroad tracks. By 1830's
even more railroad tracks were build. The steam power
invention combined with the railroad industry because
coal is needed to run the steam engines, and iron is
needed to make the engine and the rails. Now all of these
inventions have spread to Europe and the U.S. Samuel S.
is the father of the American industry revolution. He
brought these ideas to the U.S.
1851, Samuel M. invented the telegraph telephone.
Instead of riding horses with a messenger, they were now
able to communicate with another person through a wire.
He also created the telecable laid between Great Britain
and the U.S. that was able to transfer news fast. Julies R.
was the first to transfer news from Europe to the U.S.
using the new invention. It made the people so happy and
excited that they could finally talk and spread news to
their friends and family across the area.
In conclusion the industrial revolution became
stronger and stronger. All the inventions and the
industries built on one another to make another one. To
the world the Industrial Revolution is the most changing,
unforgettable event that all began in England.
