    Look before you leap!

    Ideally, conditions are dry and visibilty is good, but the old
    adage still applies look before you... (Of course, you
    should never leap!) Always use three points-of-contact to
    exit your vehicle.

    Look twice
    for hidden
    objects.

    Check for:
    Slick spots - snow, ice, oil or grease.
    Debris.
    Potholes or uneven ground.
    On-coming trafc.
    Wear:
    Footwear appropriate for the weather and your work.
    Your high-visibility clothing.
    Slow down and take the time to be safe.
    You are worth more than your delivery!
