OBJECTIVE
1. To study collect raw data from a data collection/ total station
2. To import the raw data to a CDS stadia file format.
3. To enter a stadia survey.
4. To reduce the stadia shots to coordinates.
5. To print out the Stadia Sheets to create a file copy.
6. To store the coordinates of the points in the database.
7. To import from CDS to autocadd.

ENTERING DATA AND


PROCESSING
(CDS)

PROCEDURE
1. Collect raw data from a data collectro/ total station

2. Define new or open job

3. Open file make a new folder .

4. Go entry and choose electronic stadia

5. Click open existing to open your data

6. Then your data will out. if you do a new it come out like this.

7. After key in your data, go to option then click show coordinates.

8. After that, calculate the coordinates

Storing your point to database.

10. Go to string and choose add.

11. Write your string ID, choose your type of line and colour.

12. Come out result

13. Go to cogo , choose intersect bearing & distance and 2 bearing intersection.

14. Put your coordinates station

15. Go to point and choose edit if you want add point or to doubles points.

16. Write your code at your points.

17. Go to file and choose plot parameters.

18. Go to print setup and choose size A3 and landscape.

19. View print export control and select point and reset.

20. Select all and ok.

21. Go to file and choose position plot window.

22. After that, go file and print preview.

23. the result come out after print view.

24. Do the autocadd

25. continue to combine line.

26. Put code at the layer properties manager.

27. then continue and complete work.

CONCLUSION
The conclusion is the student get know how to collect raw data from a data
collectro/ total station. then know due to the number of different data collectro/total
station and the appalling lack of any form of standard within the survey equipment

industry, it is not possible for us to give a blow by blow description of how to handle each
individual brand. furthermore, know to import the raw data to a CDS stadia file format
and enter to the stadia survey. before that, can get reduce the stadia shots to
coordinates.then print out the stadia sheets to create a file copy and store coordinates of
the points in the database. lastly, know import the data from CDS to autocadd.
