Over the past couple of months many people
have been asking for the Lords clear direction
and provision for FCC. Unbeknownst to us,
another area church was also praying as they
were led to disband after a number of years
serving the community. In Gods timing we
heard about one another and FCC will be
purchasing their facility.
Numbers 9:17 Whenever the cloud lifted from over the
sacred tent, the people of Israel would break camp and
follow it. And wherever the cloud settled, the people of
Israel would set up camp.
Change is complicated for most people and
there will be challenges ahead. The facility God
has opened up for us is much smaller, although
it is affordable. We will need to creatively utilize

Wednesday Groups 6:30pm

the space in order to maximize our worship and

witness here in Michiana. In light of that, one of
the most obvious changes will be going to a 2service format on Sundays. More info to come
as things develop. Hold on for the ride and get
on board :-)

Friends in the Making

We are as connected to one another as we choose to be. FCC

offers opportunities to get to know others in smaller settings so
that we can both serve and develop friendships. A few examples
of such groups are the Young Marrieds who not only meet
together weekly for study, but have regular social outings as well.
The women recently held a weekend retreat that was a lot of fun
for all involved, and some of the guys (although it was promoted
as coed) got together for a round of golf (in the wind and rain as
it turned out). And, the Men on a Mission have been doing
some work for widows, then eating brunch together.
It doesnt take a big production to make friends, just a simple
occasion and the desire to participate. We invite you to go
deeper with as many people as youd like.
