Your understandings of the breakdown of foods into the categories we have gone through during class i.e. Carbohydrates, Fats and Proteins is exceptional, well done! Your training day and rest day glycemic index page was good but needed a few more minor details to be excellent. Your understanding for the majority of the foods you consumed and wether they were HI or Low GI was good but some of the more complicated foods that were broken into specific ingredients, you needed to rethink, I.e. canned kidney beans in your risotto would be a low GI food. Additionally, just remember that with your food groups some foods with fall under several categories not just one!
