August 3 and 5, 2015, is our third week of observing in Itlugan National High School.

This week we are about to design our chosen bulletin board, and the bulletin board that we
decided to do is the bulletin in the canteen. This are the images of the bulletin when it has no
design.

As you can see in two pictures they are so simple, that is why me and Mercy Alfon decided to
made something different in this bulletin to make it more attractive in the eyes of the students.

As you can see in the pictures above, thats our preparation in designing the bulletin board.
Because of being halfday last august 5, we are not yet done in designing the bulletin, and this is
our achivement last Wednesday. And for the continuation is on Monday or Wednesday again.

Last Thursday, August 6, 2015, I decided to observe Kindergarten students in San Carlos
Elementary School as part of our FS 1. I have to observe their characteristics as learners.
Kindergarten students are really hard to handle because they are too young and they are so
independent to their teacher, thats why you as their teacher or adviser you are about to have long
tempered and you have to understand them like, that your age is same as their age. The thing that
Ive learned from my observation, you dont have to be against from what they want to do. You
as their teacher, you are not just their parents, but also their friends, in able for them to become
comfortable in you.
