August 10, 2015 is the 4th week of our observation in Itlugan National High School,

another experience to treasured, for me to use in my teaching profession in the future. Maam
Bibiana Bisa told to me and to Mercy to encode something in her laptop. But I never expect that
we have to do it in Microsoft Excel. Then I honestly told to Maam Bisa that I am not really
already exposed to that kind of Microsoft thats why I have no any idea to do that, but the good
thing here is, Maam Bisa teach me how to use that excel, and now I am happy that I learned
something again from her.

Last Monday, I decided also to conduct my home visitation to Wilsons house at Bagoong
Pook, Rosario, Batangas. When I got to his house he is not there, his mother told me that he is in
school because Maam Bisa is having a meeting and Wilson is the one who is always drive for
Maam Bisa to arrive in School and even to go home. From my interview in Wilsons mother, he
is really a shy type of student as what I also observed to him in school. Her mother also told me
that he is a responsible one, he knows already his obligations in school and even to their house.
From this home visitation, I learned that the school and the home need to have interaction
with each other because they are the one who is responsible for the full development of the child.
The home needs to be aware and concerned to the performance of their child in school. Then, the
school needs to provide things that the students can use for their development as learners and the
school needs also to inform the parents about the performance of the child in school. All in all as
future teacher, I have insights that to have well interaction with the parents of the students I
decided to have meeting to the parents for example once in a month for them to be aware with
their childs performance in school.
