Title
Managing subordinates at workplace that are more experienced or elder.

Objective
The objective of this project is

To get a better insight of the intricacies involved in managing older employees and be
able to get the work done regardless of the age difference.
To study and understand different perspectives at management and employee level.
To understand different strategies and analyze them.
To study the style of communication.

Methodology
To study this managerial problem we will be conducting interviews, both telephonic and face-toface, of employees who are facing such scenario and based on the insight we will be preparing a
questionnaire which will be used to collect more ideas and perspectives on this issue. The data
collected would be analyzed and interpreted to deliver the best possible solution.

How to create common goals
How to manage ego clashes
How to build a culture of trust and transparent communication
