How to set
your server
connection?

Step 1
START>Accessories>Remote Desktop Connection

Step 2
Key-in IP Address: 202.157.183.20

Username: BEICIPTECSOL\your id and click Connect.

Step 3
Key-in your password.

Step 4
Click YES

Step 5
This window will appear and then click OK.

Step 6
Change your password as shown below.
*Please remember your new password

Step 7
Click OK and exit the window.

Step 8
Go to START and type RUN on the search programs.

Step 9
Type \\202.157.183.20 as per shown below.

Key in your username and new password.
Please tick (/) Remember my credentials.

Right click on the Beicip folder, then click on Map network drive.

Choose drive S: and tick (/) on Reconnect at logon.

Complete! You may see your server folder in My Computer.
